Seeking a candidate to provide nursing informatics support to the Clinical Improvement Department and Quality Management Program. Priorities include ensuring continuous compliance with Medicare and Medicaid Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission Accreditation Standards, Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program/American Osteopathic Accreditation (HFAP/AOA) standards, Bariatric Center of Excellence standards, and other relevant requirements for hospital accreditation or certifications.
Colorado West HealthCare System is actively involved with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and maintains compliance through accreditation from the Joint Commission and the HFAP/AOA.
The organization is dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare to the community and takes responsibility for data collection and submission for performance evaluation.
Additionally, there is a commitment to ongoing monitoring of care quality, with data analysis and presentation to the board and medical staff to support clinical competence and outcomes assessment.
