    Job Title:
    Internal Medicine
    • Hematology and Oncology Join our dynamic multi disciplinary community cancer center dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in hematology and oncology.
    This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work within a comprehensive team committed to advancing cancer treatment and support services, including radiation therapy, pharmacy, lab, medical oncology, infusion suite, and lymphedema care. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes in a collaborative environment that values excellence and innovation.


    Overview:
    We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Internal Medicine
    • Hematology and Oncology specialist to fill a vital position at our community cancer center.
    This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, participating in multidisciplinary treatment planning, and ensuring continuity of care across various oncology disciplines.

    The facility operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the infusion suite open seven days a week, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate full availability.

    Required Skills:
    Valid medical license with Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology Proven experience in Hematology and Oncology patient management Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of current oncology treatment protocols and standards of care Nice to

    Have Skills:
    Experience with radiation oncology, infusion therapy, or cancer support services Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Prior experience working in community or outpatient cancer centers Bilingual skills to enhance patient communication Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Hematology and Oncology Prior experience in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting

    Other Requirements:

    Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling to ensure coverage for the infusion suite s seven-day operation Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training The hourly pay rate for this position is $1.00.
