This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and drive growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital and social media marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and voice.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and social media campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, user engagement, and achieve business objectives.
    • Monitor and optimize website content and structure to improve organic search visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).
    • Oversee the company's presence on social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and engagement strategies.
    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels and social media platforms, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and optimization efforts.
    • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing and social media budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs within budgetary constraints.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
