    Job Description

    We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and assistance on their journeys.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
    • Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
    • Maintain equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
    • Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
    • Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
    • Install hitches and trailer wiring.
    • Fulfill other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
