We are looking for a Project Manager in Raleigh to lead large multi-family and mixed use construction projects immediately. Great opportunity to join one of the most respected GC's in the Southeast

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to the completion of construction projects.

The Project Manager will identify and screen subcontractors, schedule their arrival at the site, monitor schedule, update budgets, and review the closeout package.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing all project teams, including Project Engineers & Asst.

Project Managers, Superintendents and sub-contractors.

• Working closely with the Pre-Construction team to determine an accurate and obtainable budget and project schedule
• Coordinating the RFI, change orders, and submittal process
• Oversee and manage the schedule and review work in progress to ensure compliance with contracts and obligations

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferable in multi family or mixed use.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work in both a team environment and independent settings
• Experience in managing large, complex and high dollar projects with independent schedules and budgets
