- Oversees nursing functions in all Saline Clinics to assure competencies of all nursing staff, including MAs, LPNs and RNs.
- Assists providers and other clinic managers by providing education, assessment, and review and verify nursing staff competencies.
- Helps Practice Administrator develop organizational strategic plans and objectives based upon identified needs of patients.
- Develop and implement quality process improvement projects.
- Be the informaticist for the clinic management team.
