    Description

    Clinical Care Leader

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Care Leader to join our team at Good Samaritan, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing quality care and service in a Christian environment.

    • Provide individualized nursing care in the home setting, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
    • Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.

    The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills, as well as experience working in long-term care or hospice settings. A bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred but not required.
