Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces such as tables, countertops, and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a sparkling appearance.
• Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Assist with maintaining outdoor dining areas, including sweeping and clearing debris.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the demands of our business and uphold our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
