    Description

    Info-Matrix Corporation is currently seeking a skilled PMO Project Manager to join our team (37.5 hour work week)

    POSITION SUMMARY :
    This role supports an Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) that is responsible for implementing policies, standards, and guidelines regarding planning, management, acquisition, and security of IT assets. This includes hardware, software, services, and telecommunications. The office also provides direct oversight for large, enterprise-wide initiatives, such as IT consolidation, shared services, and cyber security, as well as enterprise IT technology support.

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    The ideal candidate will have a minimum (5) years of expertise in project management of projects of various sizes and subject matter, including but not limited to integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Manages and coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
    • Develops and maintains project plans and other artifacts as required using established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
    • Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope.
    • Performs project management duties through the entire project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
    • Conducts lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
    • Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
    • Consolidates and analyses data and information from multiple sources to create useful management reports.
    PREFERRED SKILLS:
    • gile Methodology Experience
    • Daptiv PPM experience
    • ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
    • Prior experience with utilization of ServiceNow
    • Experience managing large enterprise telecommunications and computing infrastructure projects.
    • PMP Certification is highly preferred.
