David Rajabiun & Associates Counseling is an established mental health private practice dedicated to providing both evidence-based and holistic interventions that will assist patients with the high demand in reaching a balanced and healthy lifestyle. We offer both telehealth services and in-person therapy at our Rhode Island location.

We are seeking a full-time or part-time licensed fee-for-service therapist to join our team as a 1099 contract employee.

Summary of role:

• Performs a range of professional counseling services across a varied patient population. The focus area and age range are dependent on the individual therapists' expertise.
• Interviews patients/families to properly diagnose, assess psychosocial problems, develop treatment plans, and monitor and evaluate patient progress.
• Maintains detailed documentation and knowledge of patient's progress.
• Conducts individual, family, and group therapy sessions for patients and their families in order to assist in resolving issues which prevent them from achieving their highest level of functioning.
• The ability to develop and maintain a strong therapeutic rapport with each patient.
• Demonstrates knowledge of reporting requirements for compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies.
• Professionalism, reliability, and passion for this type of work

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Rhode Island Department of Heath license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PH. D, PSY.D).

Salary range for this position is $50 - $70 per session.
