    Job Summary

    SUMMARY

    The Executive IT Support Specialist will support Exeter's Executive team and perform the role of backup Support for Exeter's Corporate office, including providing assistance and maintenance for all office computer systems, conference rooms, and IT infrastructure. This may include installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software and fixing any issues related to the equipment that may come up on a daily basis.

    Essential Functions:
    • Provide concierge-level Support for Executives (VP to C-Suite level), including out-of-office support
    • Provide desktop support for computers and software through phone and direct contact with the Executive Team onsite or remote end users
    • Contribute to various forms of documentation (processes, policies, training materials, quick reference guides, knowledge base articles)
    • Provide audio/video conference support for onsite/offsite presentations, events, and meetings. Including setup and monitor executive meetings utilizing collaboration and AV services
    • Prioritize and manage the VIP support queue to include tracking, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user computer issues, as well as proactive monitoring and support
    • Collaborate with third party support as needed for hardware and application error and assist other IT functions as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Duties


    • Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in enterprise IT support
    • Five (5) years of experience working directly with C-Suite Executives and Vice President level employees
    • Experience installing, administering, and troubleshooting Windows computers and laptops within an Active Directory domain environment
    • Understanding of networking, DHCP, and DNS within a local area network
    • Experience with Windows, OS X or greater, iOS, and Android operating systems
    • Knowledge of Apple hardware, Mac OS X, IOS iPhones, and iPads required
    • Experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Teams, Outlook, Office 365, SCCM, JAMF
    • Experience with WebEx, Zoom, Teams rooms systems, and other audio/video conferencing technologies
    • Experience troubleshooting Active Directory, TCP/IP networks, and standard PC and Mac applications/operating systems
    • Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills
    • Ability to provide rapid response to all Executive support requests
    • Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment
    • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction

    Physical & Special Requirements

    STANDARD
    • This role operates in a standard office environment, and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
    • Regularly required to talk or hear
    • Frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
    • Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
    • Some travel may be required

    SALES (Additional)
    • Regularly requires local travel within defined territories and extensive follow-up
    • Must have a good driving record in accordance with Exeter's policy
    • Overnight travel as required

    FACILITIES / IT HELPDESK ( Additional)
    • Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
    • Overtime, evening and weekends may be required

    CALL CENTER ( Additional)
    • Regular work schedule of eight (8) to ten (10) hour shifts, and may be subject to change based on business goals and objectives
