    Float RN, you will:
    Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence-based, individualized care.
    Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.
    Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.
    Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.
    Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care across the system.


    What You'll Need to BringEducation:
    Bachelor's degree in nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required

    Licensure & Certifications:
    Active RN License (compact or single state) required

    BLS requiredACLS certifications requiredExperience:
    Minimum 2+ years of recent, hands-on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting required

    Skills:


    Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service chopsQuick on your feet and calm under pressureOrganized, thoughtful, and a total team player.
