Medi Home Health & Hospice , a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., currently seeks an experienced Full-time Physical Therapist for our Home Health patients in Pulaski, VA.

Provide physical therapy services to patients under appropriate guidelines.

Treats clients to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance using appropriate physical therapy treatments and procedures within the plan of care.

Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to patients, family and other staff members.
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of VA.
Minimum of one year verifiable physical therapy experience.
Home Health experience preferred.
