- Senior level IT Service Desk leadership (7 years minimum)
- Full lifecycle technical support including support requests, troubleshoot and resolving technical issues, and provide advice and guidance to customers.
- IT best practices, processes and functions to include utilizing KPI's, SLA's, data trending/analysis, change management, and process improvement experience.
