    Description

    *6-month contract, with potential for a permanent conversion

    As Program Manager on the Commercial Digital team, you will partner with business and technical teams to drive the delivery of innovative digital solutions for our Institutional & Specialty Sales and Service teams with an initial focus that includes the ES&S (Ecolab Sales & Service) and ECOLAB3D platforms. This individual is an integral member of the digital leadership team for those platforms and more.

    Ecolab Sales & Service (ES&S) is Ecolab's internal global platform to enable our field service and sales teams to work more efficiently and effectively to deliver world class experiences for Ecolab's customers. It is a mobile first application built on Salesforce and other supporting technologies, featuring enhanced scheduling and routing capabilities, in-app ordering, and other impactful sales and service call features.

    ECOLAB3D is Ecolab's proprietary data and analytics platform. It utilizes numerous data sources to generate actionable insights for Ecolab's external and internal customers. These insights are focused on improving customer performance and outcomes as part of improving the overall Ecolab customer experience.

    What You Will Do:

    Program Management

    • Work with delivery teams to identify high-level milestones
    • Regularly collaborate with the delivery team leads and coordinate cross-project activities
    • Work across teams to identify, track, and manage key dependencies
    • Maintain and report regular status on a consolidated RAID (risks, actions, issues, and decisions) log
    • Monitor and provide visibility on status of development backlog, release progress and other key program/health metrics
    • Drive resolution and communication on key high impact cross team issues/risks
    • Act as escalation point and/or drive resolution on higher impact issues/roadblocks
    • Assist with resource planning and budgeting activities
    • Review, refine and drive team adherence to standards and processes
    • Identify, raise, and track improvement opportunities
    • Build a culture of strong engagement, accountability and high performance across functions and delivery teams
    • Build digital project competencies and attract, mentor and groom digital talent

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of significant work experience
    • 3 - 5+ years of project management experience in a fast paced IT/Digital environment
    • 3+ years of experience with Agile software delivery methodologies
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management, or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of experience working with the platform
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
    • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • A solid understanding of IT systems, networking, and computer software
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
    • Logical problem solver who can operate under constraints
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
