    We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for sales and consulting services, recruitment, and management of engineering consultants in a professional and international environment.

    In short, your job will be to strive for happy Alten consultants and satisfied customers.

    By coaching your consultants and by creating continuous opportunities for them you create a dynamic and committed environment which helps stimulate business and support our customers.


    Responsibilities:
    SalesPursue new business opportunities with strategic accountsPerform business development activities, outside sales, calls, social selling, networkingGrow existing business with established accountsSupport proposal development, review and negotiationClose deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants)

    Recruitment/HR:
    Continuously interview and match candidates in order to have already qualified talent ready to meet customer's current and anticipated needsOverseeing the consultant career evolution (annual review, training...)

    Management:
    Overseeing your own team of engineering consultantsEnsure customer' satisfaction, project follow-upManage your P&L statement for your business unitRequirements:BSc or MSc degree in engineering or business3+ years of experience in a service context (Product development, staffing, etc.)

    Bonus: 3+ years Medical Device Experience (Development, Manufacturing, Sales)

    Experience in recruiting passive top tech talentKnowledge of effective interviewing and screening techniques.
    Established network of relevant engineering contacts and customersExcellent communications skills with all levels of candidates, clients and employeesStrong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skillsAbility to work under minimal supervisionAbility to work a flexible schedule as neededSalary Range:
