We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our Front Desk team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office operations.

**Job Description:**

As an Operations Intern at the Front Desk, you will be an integral part of our operations team, gaining hands-on experience in daily administrative tasks and providing outstanding service to our guests and team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in a fast-paced office environment.

**Responsibilities:**

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Support office operations by coordinating meeting rooms and managing appointments.
Assist in organizing and maintaining the front desk area to ensure functionality and tidiness.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as assigned.
Uphold and demonstrate our company's values and standards in all interactions.

**Qualifications:**

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
