This role enables effectiveness and productivity of Senior Vice President level company officers and thereby the business unit.

  • Provides management of the varied and complex operations, administrative and logistical support connected with this level role.
  • Includes responsibility for routing or answering escalated correspondence preparing executive level communication other documents developing presentation materials using graphics graphs other reporting duties managing efficient flow work SVPs office operations making decisions on escalations senior leaders needed producing routine complex documents reports presentations correspondence using advanced skills Microsoft Office Suite minimal direction supervisor organizing creates orderly systems coordinating team activities ensure project milestones achieved providing feedback business leaders suppliers vendors stakeholders guidance projects managed business leaders reviewing department budget expenses partnership SVP creating processes/reports help maintain compliance budget standard analysis adherence sharing findings business leaders collaborating SVP ensures excellent onboarding experience new employees scope business unit works behalf design create excellent associates experience up including arranging effective workspace tools critical new role coordinates all aspects SVP travel including flight hotel rental car itinerary serves contact person trip proactively prepares materials successful productive trip acts key resource onsite connection SVP office while traveling manages controls mitigates project risks identifying analyzing trigger events establishing contingency plans anticipating dependencies affected ongoing changes recommending mitigate future risks management completes research uses internal resources find daily problems
