    Department: Radiology Cat Scan

    Location: Piedmont Cartersville Hospital

    Schedule: Day Shift, 1 day per week (atleast)

    RESPONSIBLE FOR:
    Specialize in using ionizing radiation toproduce cross-sectional images. Perform diagnostic ComputerizedTomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribedstandards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist.Provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal,pediatrics, adult, andgeriatrics

    Qualifications:
    MINIMUMEDUCATION REQUIRED:
    • Graduateof an AMA approved Radiologic Technologyprogram.
    MINIMUM EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:
    • A minimum of one(1) year experience as a RadiologicalTechnologist
    MINIMUMLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BYLAW:
    • Registered by theAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technology(R).
    ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS:
    • Advancedcertification by ARRT in CT preferred.
    • BLScertification required.
    • Six (6) monthsexperience preferred.
