    The Retirement Plan Assistant Administrator role is a critical position that provides operational and client support for retirement plan services. The successful candidate will ensure accurate execution of administrative processes, timely handling of client requests, and maintain high standards of attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer day-to-day retirement plan activities, including processing client requests and maintaining accurate records.
    • Communicate professionally with clients to obtain required information, provide updates, and address inquiries.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retirement plan administration software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
