Job Opportunity: Per Diem BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Location: Spring Grove, Illinois Area

Soliant Education is seeking a highly flexible and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Spring Grove, Illinois area. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with behavior aides/paras, assisting them in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing supervision once they obtain certification, and conducting staff trainings.

Position Details:

• Schedule Flexibility: This position offers a very flexible schedule.
• Responsibilities: The BCBA will assist behavior aides/paras in becoming RBTs, provide supervision once they have obtained certification, and conduct staff trainings.
• Expected Growth: The hours per week are expected to increase as more paras become RBTs and require supervision, both within the current school year and into the next school year.
• In-Person Requirement: This position is for in-person work only.

Basic Requirements:

• Must hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Previous experience providing supervision to behavior aides/paras and conducting staff trainings is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work effectively with a diverse team.
