We are partnered with a leading, fast growing Geotechnical firm in Houston. They work on a range of projects and are receiving an array of projects already in 2024.

They are looking for a senior Geotechnical Engineer to come into the business to help drive it forward and take a lead on the projects in progress.

The successful engineer will also have the chance to come into the business and develop into he department manager,


Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage geotechnical projects, including site investigations, foundation design, and slope stability analysis.
Conduct geotechnical analyses and provide expert recommendations for project design and construction.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including civil and structural engineers, to ensure seamless project integration.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
Prepare and review geotechnical reports, drawings, and specifications.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
Minimum of 5 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with a focus on projects in the Houston area.
Strong expertise in soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical analysis.
Proven project management experience with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
