At Piedmont Health Senior Care, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in our community through our Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).Responsibilities
- providing and recommending therapeutic exercise, gait training, ambulation;
- planning and developing group exercise programs for maintenance therapy for participants;
- carrying out the physical therapy plan of care created by the Physical Therapist.
