    Housekeeping Utility Part Time

    The Hill at Whitemarsh, a community in Lafayette Hill, PA, is looking for a part-time housekeeper who can work from 4pm to 8pm and be part of something special.

    The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the facility and surroundings by cleaning, disinfecting, and ensuring a clean, odor-free, and safe environment for residents, staff, and guests.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide a clean, odor-free, and safe environment for residents and guests.
    • Complete assignments in a timely manner using daily schedules and system.
    • Efficiently turn over and refurbish assigned units.
    • Ensure 100% regulatory compliance through Quality Assurance surveys.
    • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect assigned areas.
    • Report safety and housekeeping concerns to Management.
    • Assist with annual deep cleanings of resident houses and apartments.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Good customer service, initiative, and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and be flexible with schedule and assignments.
    • Knowledge of cleaning procedures in healthcare, hotel setting, or related experience.
    • Awareness of safety protocols and ability to perform under pressure.
