    Would you like supplier engagement?: Yes (Norah Stevens-Kittner) Aside from the job description, can you provide an overview of what a day for this contractor will look like?This person would support a product marketing team of 5 and work on a diversity of projects. At times they would be creating an agenda for a team meeting and taking notes, organizing action items. Other times they would be taking written text from a document and building out easy-to-read/compelling slides. They would need to source to-dos/action items on different projects which often are in different systems (sometimes in Slack, other times in email, etc.). They would create a work back plan for that project and then stay on top of team members to make sure we are hitting those deadlines.

    project/program manager, senior product marketing manager, project/program coordinatorProduct Marketing Program Manager Roles & Responsibilities:This position is for a highly skilled program manager or product marketer with a proven experience managing complex marketing programs.

    You will be a part of a global Product Marketing organization and support the team to ensure content and deliverables for a diversity of projects are completed on time.

    You must be strong in project planning and scheduling, have excellent communication skills, experience managing projects in a matrixed organization, the ability to drive decisions and projects to completion, and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

    Your responsibilities will be to
    • Support the product marketing team including the creation of appropriate documentation, agendas, minutes, and capturing team accomplishments
    • Serve as a liaison across various teams like demand gen marketing, events, enablement, sales programs, etc., building consensus and alignment
    • Support new product release operations and feature-level product marketing for various Salesforce products at times project managing the process, other times writing first drafts of messaging
    • Identify process improvements and bringing new ideas to the team and across the organization
    • Monitor timelines and coordinate with team members across the organization to ensure deadlines are met on time for a diversity of projects

    REQUIRED SKILLS:


    5-7+ years of program management or product marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering business value;1-2 years experience managing projects for software products or online services;1-2 years experience successfully managing large programs with multiple sub-projects and project managersExperience in Google suite a must (Google sheets, docs, slides)Comfortable using Salesforce, Slack and QuipStrong writing and presentation skillsUnderstanding and ability to work in a matrix management environment;Outstanding organizational, detail-oriented, communication, and interpersonal skills;Able to work well in a cross-functional environment;Complete ownership and ability to solve problems;Ability to be flexible with a positive attitude and learn quickly in a dynamic environment;Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with a minimal direction (self-started will be a plus);Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proven ability to track and execute marketing projects Detail-oriented.

    Able to juggle multiple projects and tasks;Motivates and drives others to succeed;Ability to learn salesforce application to build toolsInterest in technology and ability to develop application/tool to automate processes is a plus;Bachelor's Degree.

    Nonprofit industry experience a plus.


    DESIRED SKILLS:


    Experience running large scale projects and portfolios of projects, excellent understanding of program and project management processes and procedures, methodologies, best practices;Strong Salesforce, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills; Smartsheets a plusUnderstanding of systems for sharing and collaboration.
