    Job Description

    Business Analyst will be part of a core central project execution team within Front Office, that ensures the timely execution of Price Risk deliverables across workstreams.

    As a business analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for pulling together key metrics and data analysis.

    You will closely collaborate with our Risk Technology partners to ensure the successful execution of our Risk Completeness deliverables.

    you will also play a part in UAT testing and work with our partners in Risk and Finance.

    Required Education:

    Bachelors/University degree

    Business Analyst Required Skills & Experience:

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and project execution within the Front Office

    Experience in working with technology partners to execute business requirements

    Ability to handle complexity, ambiguity, and a fast-changing, often demanding work environment

    Self-starting with a proven ability to hit the ground running

    Strong experience with data analytics, SQL, Python, and VBA

    Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    Business Analyst Preferred Skills & Experience:

    Finance industry Experience preferred

    Project management experience is preferred

    Understanding risk management is a plus

    Business Analyst Responsibilities:

    Construct detailed target operating models, business plans, and test scripts by working with stakeholders and ensuring consistency with technology partners

    Produce Front Office risk transformation POCs across businesses to understand and manage edge cases

    Identify Risks & Issues and proactively seek to resolve or escalate them in a timely and well-articulated manner

    Lead/participate in working groups with stakeholders and technology partners to manage the delivery within the agreed timeline(s)

    Manage issues around control exceptions and track the remediation processes

    Produce weekly/monthly metrics on exception results

    Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring them to various forums, committees, and newsletters

    Build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach, to support the execution of the project

    Support the business through UAT, E2E, and production parallel testing

    Ability to create/enhance processes using Python/VBA
