    Job Description - WBN Night Shift Charge Nurse RN Job Description WBN Night Shift Charge Nurse RN Description Qualifications
  • Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred. Minimum 1 year staff nurse experience required.License / Certification required: Active RN licensure required. BLS required. Additional certifications may be required depending upon unit assigned (ACLS, PALS, NRP, Secure, etc)? Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. ? Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. ? Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. ? Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns. ? Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment. ? Ability to effectively manage time and schedules. ? Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. ? Ability to observe, assesses, and record work, safety and infection control standards.
