- Provide business process analysis and identify dependencies between technologies to help drive technical requirements for innovative business solutions
- Transform requirements into development ready user stories
- Collaborate with business users to improve IT Application alignment with production needs
- Manage the relationship between business partners and systems
- Manage medium to large sized projects which may include coordination with nearshore / offshore resources
- Execute IT application testing and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Document and coordinate technical environment implementations
- Analyze incidents and provide workarounds to maintain operational uptime
- Attend department-specific and other IT-sponsored meetings, workshops, and training
- Provide on-going production support for PACCAR Engine systems and applications
- Periodically audit IT processes to ensure compliance to policy and standards
- Follow Software Development Life Cycle Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or similar field
- Capable of moderating and presenting IT incidents and topics in a team environment
- Proficient with Agile SCRUM methodologies (Sprints, user stories, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively with little to no supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and professional behavioral skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite

- On-call availability for business support Desired:
- Experience with manufacturing system processes
- Experience with managing incident and service requests in a ticket management application
- Experience with project management principles
- Experience with MS Visio or similar process flow modeling tool
