Responsibilities
- Assist and engage as liaison for accounting services representing a multitude of products and services supported by the team Working with various LOB partners to help develop and implement applicable initiatives as assigned Update/facilitate procedure enhancements assist in training implementation amongst targeted LOBs Supports all account servicing maintenance testing efforts including creating executing test scripts Adept in core processing systems contributes issue escalation processing support required Elevate reporting perform analysis streamline automate processing where applicable Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations internal policies operational procedures Reconcile account data transactions reports identifying correcting errors.
