Job DescriptionExciting opportunity as an Construction Project Manager - Electrical with a long-standing global customer where dedication to teamwork, speed, simplification performance and empowering their associates has made them one of the world's top manufacturers.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• 5+ years electric or engineering experience as site manager or engineer in an industrial field in the US.
• Experience in managing more than 30 team members.
• Experience with electric related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of electric industry regulations.
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel) and AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or combination of a Bachelors Degree with relevant Electrical experience.

PREFERED CANDIDATE PROFILE will also have:

• Experience with electric construction AND maintenance on owner side.
• State approved license preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - ELECTRICALDuring the construction phase, the Construction Project Manager - Electrical will be primarily responsible for the oversight and management of the campus wide construction project spanning multiple assembly lines. In addition, the successful candidate will:

• Manage electric construction and design companies on owner side
• Planning the proper construction schedule and equipment specifications according to Corporate standards.
• Responsible for technical and economic construction management activities to meet design and construction requirements.
• After the completion of construction, responsible for maintenance of the electric and performing management work, such as repairs and replacement, the extended or modified electric equipment, if required.

FINAL SELECTION IS COMPETENCY BASED: Excellent capabilities are required to proceed with the construction of the building and the maintenance of the building after completion of construction.

• Exceptional leadership skills with a strategic thinking mindset and willingness for transformational changes.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, ability to organize and plan at a high level
• Excellent project management, decision-making, and strong ability to communicate, and time management.
