    SYSTEMS ANALYST

    DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

    HIRING RANGE: $ /hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

    HOURS & DAYS OF WORK: Monday-Friday (40 hour work week)

    LOCATION OF POSITION: Goshen

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Within County (please complete driving page on application)

    JOB SUMMARY:
    Responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting core business applications, coordinating with end-users, and assisting personnel.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Associate degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience
    • Thorough knowledge of current server and cloud systems, hardware, programming, and standards with ability to perform maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and performing backups
    • Provide second-level support for issues escalated from the first-level support team, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems
    • Thorough knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards with the ability to maintain and install various information technology hardware and software
    • Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices
    • Pre-employment background check and drug screen
