    Overview :
    We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a critical report migration project.

    This project involves migrating reports from one legacy system to another, ensuring data integrity, functionality, and user accessibility throughout the process.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in IT or data management projects, with experience in overseeing complex migrations.


    Project Planning:


    Work with TPM (Technical Program manager) onsite and SM (Scrum Master) offshore (Viet Nam) to develop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies required for successful report migration.


    Performance Monitoring:


    Work closely with offshore team to daily monitor project progress against established milestones and KPIs, proactively addressing any deviations from the plan.


    Stakeholder Management:


    Support TPM to collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and senior management, to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.


    Risk Management:


    Identify potential risks and issues (internal and external) associated with the migration process to report to TPM and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.


    Quality Assurance:
    Implement quality assurance processes to validate data accuracy, report functionality, and user experience post-migration.


    Change Management:


    Develop and execute a change management plan to facilitate user adoption of the new reporting system, including training sessions and communication strategies.


    Documentation:


    Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews, to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on lessons learned from the migration project.


    Qualifications:
    Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

    Experience (5 years) in project management, particularly in IT or data management projects, Data analysis.

    Understanding of report migration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.

    Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

    Proficiency in project management tools and software.
