    Job Summary:

    SHI has an exciting opportunity in our Partner Management and Solutions group, managing SHIs growing Dell data center team and business.? As one of SHIs top 5 Partners, this team comprises Managers, Presales Solution Architects, System Engineers, BDMs, Presales Specialists, Marketing and Operation Specialists.? The primary functions of the group are to?Drive Growth within the Dell segment of our business, Manage the Dell Partner Programs and Relationships to drive additional revenue and GM, Provide sales with assistance on their opportunities, understand and articulate Dells technology and resources, and mentor and grow the team.

    The SHI Dell team works with all aspects of Dell Technologies:

    • Intelligent Edge:?Edge gateway model 5000, NativeEdge Software, EMC PowerStore
    • HPC, MCS, andCompute : PowerEdge family of servers
    • Storage:?PowerStore. PowerMax, Unity XT, PowerVault, VMAX
    • Financing: Dell Apex finance solutions

    The Dell practice is also regularly growing our technical skills and adding new resources.? We are looking for a manager who enjoys working with Dell and creating solutions for our customers in a constantly changing environment. This position will report to the Vice President of the Data Center, Servers, and Storage.?

    This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ office location as determined by SHI management.

    Responsibilities:

    Including, but not limited to:

    • Manage a large team by setting a strategic vision that aligns with SHI and Sales segments.
    • Manage and maintain strong accountability for teams and partners.
    • Drive revenue and profitability growth through solid execution of plans and ROI analysis
    • Work with Dell to establish and manage business objectives and certify completion.
    • Assist in the development, delegation, and execution of business plans.
    • Work to build awareness of strategic partners programs within SHIs sales organization.
    • Coordinate on special projects, such as leadership presentations, creation of internal sales tools and collateral
    • Accountability for partner budgets, spending, and ROI (Return on Investment)
    • Provide coaching and career development for team members.
    • Professionally represent SHI in partner and customer engagements
    • Track certification, authorization, and Specialist requirements to ensure SHI remains in the most competitive standing with Dell.
    • Travel will be required.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 2 years in a Pre-Sales Management Role or 4 years of Sales Management role at SHI or equivalent
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

    • Proficiency with SHI internal systems AX, BI, CRM, Sales Center,

    Additional Information:
    • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
