Looking for a motivated, self starter individual who can work unsupervised. Who is experienced in all phases of construction. To work in the Santa Barbara county area. Looking for someone to work part time and possibly lead to full time work.

It is helpful you can read a set of plans, someone who is willing to learn and wants to grow in the company.

This individual needs to have reliable transportation and his or her own construction tools. Pay will depend on the level if experience.
