- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of employment required.

Hospital DetailsSKY REHAB, based in Bowling Green, KY, is a 60-bed inpatient rehab center offering rehabilitative services to individuals recovering from disabilities resulting from injuries or illnesses. We assist patients in restoring their physical or cognitive capabilities to facilitate their return home with maximum independence. As a specialized hospital, you'll experience a dynamic and welcoming work environment, allowing you to build close relationships with your patients and their families. SKY Rehab Hospital is recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for various services and programs such as Inpatient Rehabilitation for Adults, Adolescents, and Children, Brain Injury Specialty Program for Adults, and Stroke Specialty Program for Adults, and holds accreditation from The Joint Commission.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the Physical Therapist in delivering Physical Therapy services to patients, encompassing treatment, program design and execution, documentation, and communication. Operates under the guidance of a Physical Therapist and according to physician orders.
