Responsibilities:
Hire and train staff.
Talk to customers to receive feedback on their service.
Motivate staff during busy shifts.
Ensure that staff members are available for shifts.
Set operating goals and objectives
Assess staffing requirements and recruit staff when needed
Train and coach staff
Manage staff performance in accordance
Organize and monitor staff schedules
Coordinate restaurant operations during each shift
Interact with customers
Determine and execute operating improvements
Arrange for maintenance and repairs of equipment and services
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Excellent customer service skills.
Working knowledge of food preparation
Experience in staff management and development
Knowledge of planning and forecasting
