    Day-to-day:

    • Developing your professional network; connecting with clients & client prospects
    • Building rapport with prospects to understand in depth their financial goals, needs and concerns
    • Developing recommendations and tailoring solutions to each clients needs
    • Collaborating with experts to develop financial acumen and expertise
    • Attracting, selecting and developing talent for the financial advisor role
    • Mentoring a business unit of financial advisors within their first five years

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • A bachelor's degree
    • Ability to devote 40+ hours weekly in and out of the office
    • Prior sales and/or business development experience preferred
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Strong interpersonal management skills required
    • Strong communication skills required
