    Description

    Job Summary

    As a Nursing Assistant (NA) with Sapphire, you will assist residents with daily living activities while supporting each individual in reaching their healthcare goals. The company will provide the training and resources to keep our Nursing Assistants (NA) engaged and maintain top-quality skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services.
    • Chart all appropriate documentation.
    • Maintain patient confidentiality.
    • Work with a nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition.
    • Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
    • Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families.
    • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the facility.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • You must be 18 years of age.
    • Provide proof of CNA program completion certificate.
