Job Description/General Duties:
Provides positive leadership by an environment of teamwork, open communication and customer service | Establishes and oversees compliance with regulatory and certifying agencies standards | Responsible for human resources processes including interviewing and orientating staff, ongoing performance management and timekeeping/scheduling
Assists with financial management by developing and maintaining budget | Assists in developing policies, procedures and protocols to maintain standards of care and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:
BSN, 3 to 5 years of acute / hospital management experience | Rural Hospital experience is a plus.
Not looking for LTC, SNF or nursing home experience
Current Kansas Registered Nurse license

BLS and ACLS

**Reports to CNO. Oversees 33-bed ER, Med/Surg, L&D, OR, Educator, and Social Service units

$104, $126,310.66 per year
