Job summary
The Dean is the front-line student success champion supporting students and faculty within an academic division.The Dean will lead the development implementation and assessment of courses and academic programs designed to serve students.
This position is responsible for aligning the division with the College-wide strategic plan and for encouraging innovation collaboration with faculty staff.
- Provide leadership in developing evaluating revising academic programs courses.
- Manage course offerings to allow students to achieve their goals.
- Ensure effective use of technology best practices in learning teaching.
