Moore Advanced, a national staffing agency, is looking for an Admin Assistant in Savannah, GA

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Create organization systems within the office
Maintain employee files to ensure compliance
Key in data accurately
Answer phones, emails, and any other receptionist duties as they arise
Maintain a tidy office

We are seeking someone with:

Proven experience in an office administrative role or the like

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving
Bilingual is required
