Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Maintenance Setup Tech performs the breakdown, cleaning, reassembly, maintenance and set up of the cornucopias
• Mixing and handling of aggressive chemicals is required
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Required to follow all Food Safety and Quality guidelines and requirements, including but not limited to Good Manufacturing PracticesPhysical Environment/Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

• May be hot and humid during summer months of year % humidity)
• Environment with temperatures ranging from 55-90 degrees Fahrenheit
• Congested work area
• Slippery floors from water and cleaner
• Essential function tested to Machine Op-Heavy lift required

Physical demands:
bending, kneeling, climbing, heights and normal body mechanics required for cleaning/disassembly/assembly of equipment

• Loud work environmentRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED. Two (2) or more years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
