Description

• Perform TIG welding on various metal components (stainless steel and aluminum) and structures
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including TIG welders, plasma cutters, and hand tools
• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and cutting
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet required standards
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

• Must pass welding test.
• Proven experience as a TIG welder or similar role
• Proficient in TIG welding techniques and processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Familiarity with using measuring tools i.e. calipers
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, bending)
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues
