Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with prospective tenants. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and a passion for real estate, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the property management field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including application processing and lease signing.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests using Yardi Voyager software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
- Collaborate with the property maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with potential renters and current tenants.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants through various channels, including online listings and social media.
Experience
- Previous experience in property leasing is required.
- Familiarity with property management software Yardi Voyager.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Excellent data entry abilities with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Knowledge of property maintenance processes is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
