- Perform scheduled, ad hoc or fleet maintenance on machines and equipment
- Diagnose equipment issues (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
- Determine parts to order and generate work orders
- Read and interpret schematics and diagrams
- Communicate and coordinate with various parties (Administrator, Sales Reps, customers)
- Travel to customer's place of business and arrive on time
- Clean up after the job is complete
- Maintain the work vehicle
- HVAC, machinery repair, small engine repair or other experience or technical aptitude
- Understanding of electrical systems (volt meters, battery systems, electrical systems)
- Active and valid driver's license and clear MVR
- High standard of workmanship and professionalism
- Good troubleshooting ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Proficiency with computer applications and use, email, etc.

The Equipment Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a broad range of commercial cleaning equipment ranging from backpack vacuums to ride-on floor scrubbers.
Salary:
$20/hr. $500 Sign On Bonus after 90 days of employment. Position eligible for up to 10% bonus
