    Sales Manager

    Salary Range: $75,000 – $78,000 per year

    Travel: 30% Domestic Travel

    Job Summary

    The Sales Manager develops and maintains strong distributor relationships while driving strategic growth of our premium supplier brand portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Brand Leadership

    • Drive brand growth and market expansion
    • Identify emerging trends and develop innovative sales solutions

    Sales Excellence & Performance

    • Exceed monthly and annual sales targets
    • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
    • Analyze performance metrics to optimize revenue growth

    Relationship & Partnership Development

    • Build strong partnerships with key distributors
    • Provide expert guidance and strategic support
    • Manage daily communication with distributors and regional sales representatives

    Market Intelligence & Analysis

    • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
    • Conduct competitive analysis
    • Prepare reports to support strategic decision-making

    Operational Excellence

    • Oversee order processing and management
    • Support promotional events and brand initiatives
    • Lead special projects that contribute to business growth

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Strong understanding of sales principles
    • Korean corporate experience preferred
    • Alcoholic beverage or CPG distribution experience preferred
    • Results-oriented with focus on achieving targets
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Strong verbal and written Korean skills required
    • Valid driver's license required
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
    • Willing to travel up to 30% domestically
