    About the Job

    This position provides valuable support to the Sales Leadership team with reporting, analytics, performance assessments, dashboards, commissions, and other routine and ad hoc reports and projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with sales leadership, managers, and reps to increase sales effectiveness, productivity, and process compliance within regions.
    • Consult with the sales force and implement best practice sales & operational processes.
    • Support sales segment/product line sales force and assume responsibilities for specific subject matter areas and continuous improvement projects.

    Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and review attainment trends for assigned global teams and present results to segment/regional sales management.
    • Assist the Sales leadership team with initiative tracking, KPI management, and associated performance management.
    • Work with Sales Ops Business Partners/Sales Segment Management to ensure processes meet standards and SLAs.
    • Alert reps of non-compliance to ensure accuracy and cleanliness.
    • Attend segment/regional sales management meetings to provide updates on relevant Sales Operations initiatives and developments.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous Sales Ops experience in forecasting, planning, sales systems, reporting, compensation, and quota management, as well as experience with SalesForce.
    • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (including Google DataStudio), SalesForce.com, Excel/Powerpoint, Tableau, and BI/Datawarehouses.
    • Results-oriented problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, project management, and time management ability.
    • Ability to lead without authority, build productive relationships, and analyze complex business problems.

    Requirements:

    • 1 year of progressive Sales Ops experience with a large multinational organization.
    • Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or consulting is preferred.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and drive to deliver high-quality outputs.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
