Primary Purpose:
Lead identification and development of energy projects in Commercial & Industrial and Federal sectorsConduct energy audits, propose conservation upgrades, and analyze costs and savingsSupport sales team with proposals and presentationsCoordinate project turnover and ensure safety protocols

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related field, with 8 years of relevant experienceExpertise in energy conservation projects and HVAC/electrical systemsFamiliarity with project commissioning and federal energy programsStrong communication and leadership skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project database applications

Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineering degree preferredConstruction experience desirableProfessional Engineering (PE) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification preferredProficiency in industry modeling software and renewable energy technologiesUnderstanding of building electrification strategies
