    We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate to join our prestigious client's Denver office. This is a direct-hire, hybrid opportunity for an experienced ABA certified paralegal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys with case management, including discovery, expert witness preparation, and trial preparation.
    • Communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and experts while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Track time for client billing purposes.
    • Continuously learn and apply new litigation technologies.

    Requirements:

    • ABA-approved paralegal certificate or attorney declaration under BPC 6450 required.
    • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
    • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week in downtown Denver (this position does not offer relocation).
    • Strong knowledge of Federal and State court rules and procedures.
    • Experience with complex document reviews in civil and criminal cases.
    • Proficient in Relativity, RelOne, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Trial Director, Sanction, Lexis CaseNotebook, and Westlaw/Lexis.
    • Excellent proofreading, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
