- Trace test objectives to higher level system requirements.
- Collaborate with range test engineers, safety of flight, engineers, security, and logisticians to draft test plan documents.

Description
The qualified applicant will support a NAVAIR Program Office based at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland, providing leadership for a multidisciplinary team to coordinate test and evaluation of Naval Aviation weapon systems. The applicant will work with customer, functional management, project engineering, and program management to plan and support T&E, systems engineering, and integration activities. Must possess the ability to rapidly understand new concepts, apply them accurately in an evolving and complex environment, and effectively organize, schedule and coordinate work phases and tasks. Excellent oral and written communication, computer, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
